A lot of companies will tell you they're the right choice. What we'd rather point you toward is what actually makes a difference on the day your stand goes up:
- Design led by function first — the render matters less than whether the stand actually works for your team and your visitors once the show is live.
- Fabrication kept in-house, so there's no third-party workshop sitting between your sign-off and your delivery date.
- Installation crews familiar with Italian venue procedures, from technical office approvals to loading dock windows at the busier fiere.
- A single point of contact managing your project from first brief to final dismantling — not a different email thread for every stage.
- Range across stand sizes and formats, whether that's a compact inline booth or a large double-decker island stand.
- Support for exhibitors coming from outside Italy, including shipping coordination and customs paperwork.
Have a look at who we've built for and our project portfolio if you'd like a sense of the work itself rather than a list of claims.

We've built stands for exhibitors at many of Italy's major fiere, including some currently listed on our upcoming exhibitions page:
- Salone del Mobile (Milan) — furniture and interior design
- Host Milano (Milan) — hospitality, food service, and catering equipment
- EICMA (Milan) — motorcycles and two-wheel mobility
- Cosmoprof (Bologna) — cosmetics and beauty
- Vicenzaoro (Vicenza) — jewelry and luxury goods
- Vinitaly (Verona) — wine and spirits
- Marmomac (Verona) — marble, stone, and design
- Cibus (Parma) — food and beverage
- MECSPE (Bologna / Parma) — manufacturing and industrial technology
- SPS Italia (Parma) — industrial automation
- Fiera Roma events (Rome) — a range of consumer and trade exhibitions
If your show isn't on this list, that's not a problem — every new venue comes with its own logistics and permit process, and that's exactly the kind of groundwork we handle before your build begins.

Pricing a stand properly means looking at several factors together rather than quoting a flat number that won't hold up once your actual floor plan is finalised:
- Stand size — a bigger footprint means more materials, more build hours, and more logistics to coordinate.
- Design complexity — a simple inline booth is a different budget entirely from a double-decker island stand with custom joinery.
- Materials and finishes — the difference between laminate panels and real wood veneer, or printed fabric versus backlit rigid graphics, moves cost noticeably.
- Graphics production — large-format printing, backlit displays, and detailed signage all add to the build.
- Lighting design — often underbudgeted early on, especially for stands that need to showcase product finish or texture.
- Furniture and AV — rental versus custom-built pieces, plus any screens or audio equipment.
- Installation and dismantling labour — tied directly to build complexity and the venue's permitted working hours.
- Transportation and storage — distance to the venue, customs handling for shipments from outside Italy, and storage between shows if you're exhibiting more than once.
- Venue-specific requirements — some Italian fiere have stricter fire-safety or structural approval processes, particularly for double-decker builds, which adds engineering and documentation cost.
Because build costs shift quite a bit between, say, a compact stand at Cosmoprof and a large hospitality build at Vinitaly, we'd rather quote against your actual floor plan and stand brief than hand you a number that doesn't reflect the real job.
- Design, fabrication, and installation handled by one team, not three separate contractors
- Full 3D visualisation before any material is cut
- Materials selected for durability across repeat use, not just a single show
- A dedicated project manager from first brief through to final teardown
- Installation scheduled and tested against the actual venue build-up window
- Shipping and customs support for exhibitors coming in from outside Italy
- Responsible dismantling, with component reuse built into the plan wherever possible
